Mysuru Cab Connect1. The service
Mysuru Cab Connect provides a marketplace where customers can request and compare quotations from independent cab operators. We do not own the listed vehicles, employ the drivers or provide the transport service.
2. Customer requests
You must provide accurate trip and contact information and have authority to submit any information relating to other travellers. A request may be reviewed before it is shared with up to three suitable verified operators. Submitting a request is free and does not require you to accept a quotation.
3. Quotations and booking
Quotations are prepared by independent operators using the information available at that time. Check the vehicle, total price, included kilometres or hours, tolls, parking, permits, taxes, waiting charges, driver allowance, advance requirements and cancellation conditions before accepting.
A quotation is not a confirmed booking until you and the selected operator complete the confirmation required by that operator. Any transport agreement is between the customer and the selected operator.
4. Operator responsibilities
Operators must provide accurate business and quotation information, maintain required vehicle and driver documents, communicate charges clearly, protect customer information and deliver accepted services professionally and lawfully. Verification is a marketplace review and is not a guarantee of future performance.
5. Payments, changes and cancellations
Unless the platform expressly introduces a payment feature for a transaction, payment arrangements are made with the selected operator. Changes, refunds and cancellations are governed by the accepted quotation and applicable operator terms. Ask for confirmation in a durable written form.
6. Acceptable use
Do not submit false requests, misuse private tracking links, scrape the platform, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person or business, harass users, or use information obtained through the marketplace for unrelated marketing.
7. Availability and safety
Operator availability is not guaranteed. Travel time, route conditions and vehicle availability can change. Customers and operators remain responsible for confirming pickup details, passenger needs, luggage, child-seat requirements and any accessibility or safety requirements before travel.
8. Platform responsibility
We work to operate a useful and reliable marketplace, but quotations and transport services are supplied by independent operators. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mysuru Cab Connect is not responsible for an operator’s acts, omissions, vehicle condition, delays, cancellations or service delivery. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Suspension
We may reject requests or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect customers, operators, the platform or the integrity of the marketplace.
